BBMO: add Open Project capability

Please add the capability to Open Project in the BBMO from within the open BBMO. To avoid confusion, name the feature Open an Existing Project.

Only way to do so now is to first quit the browser and then relaunch it to get to the prompt to Open Project.

Why? Since the BBMO is vastly easier and more intuitive than the legacy BBM, it would make life easier for users that work with 2 or more different projects.

You can press the ‘x’ in the top right corner to return to the start page. If your project is saved, this action will take you to the start page. The development team will consider revisiting this element of the user interface to enhance clarity.
