BBMO and Bosendorfer Jazz Trio 60+C1 Not Playing Nicely Together

Using BBMO, I imported a song and a drum kit. As I chose the green Save Project Icon, the system reported:

Drumset Bosendorfer Jazz Trio 60+C1: Drumset file size is too large (max 100 MB)

  • Im using Edge Version 136.0.3240.64 (Official build) (arm64)on my MacBook Pro.
  • I used my SD Card as the Project source.
  • I also tried using the Mac HD as a Project source, and I received the same warning both times
  • When I did the above use the legacy BBM, no problems, at all.
  • There is ample available space on the SD Card, and my HD.
  • The file size is indeed slightly over 100M

All other BBMO functions are working properly.
Any recommendations?

I’ll remove something and repost it. Give me a bit. I have to do some prep work in the kitchen.

This version works.

Thanks, I’ll let you know how it turned out.

Update:
I was able to remove the previous .drm file and import your recent one. It shows being 103.1 MB, but it worked out, nonetheless.

I’m not sure which .sng files use this kit, so I can’t test it out on the BB.

Is there a way to determine which kits map to which song files, for we daring techies?

I usually copy the recommended kits from the SS Forum page announcing the song release, but I missed several.

Thanks for fixing this.

@Phil_Flood

The simplest way for me to identify the name of the drum set that the song was crafted with is to use the BeatBuddy Manager (BBM). If the kit is not imported or active in the project, the Default Drum set: field will display the kit title preceded by an asterisk.

The file size in the finder shows 103,1mb but in BBMO when loaded it shows 98.27. There is more to a kit than just the total of its samples, which it what accounts for the difference.

and, you’re welcome.
