I’ve tried about 5 different ways of what I thought was putting songs from bbmo onto my sd card. I’m using a Mac. There’s about 20 different files Im trying to save my project onto. But my song still isn’t showing up on my best buddy. This is what I thought I was getting away from with the best buddy manager. Help

Not sure what your process has been as you mention “5 different ways” to sync your songs to your SD card. From my experience, here are some of the usual suspects causing users problems.
- Check that your SD card is between 4-32GB SDHC, Class 10
- Verify that the card is not locked
- Check that the card is still formatted as FAT32
- Make sure you only have content on the card that’s been placed on it using the BBM or the BBMO. There should be no files that you’ve moved manually using the macOS Finder (if you do, it’s possible that your project is corrupt; if you don’t have a slot reader on your Mac, consider buying and using an external USB media reader
- Use your Mac’s SD slot reader and not the USB cable connection between your computer and your BeatBuddy (BB) pedal
- Please post a screen shot of the contents of your SD card; it should look similar to mine and we might be able to determine from your screen shot what the problem is.
