Hi everyone, my beat buddy screen won’t go off the volume screen, i can still get into my folders with the arrow keys (although i have to press it a few times ) and get my different drums pressing down on the drum set dial. Anyway, wanted to ask if anyone knows of any repair men in U.K. who could fix it ? many thanks

Please make sure your firmware is updated to the latest version and that nothing is connected to the Footswitch or MIDI ports while testing. If the issue persists, please send us a video of the issue to support@singularsound.com and I’ll assist you further.
