has anyone encountered a file from the forum that when you go to the beat on the pedal as soon as you open it the pedal reboots? every time on certain beats. The odd thing is they played fine when i played them back on the BBMO after i added them to my project? Thanks in advance! Mike
Have not heard of this particular issue yet. Since it’s happening with several beats causing the pedal to restart, I would start with the pedal.
- Use the OEM power supply and verify that the jack is fully seated in the power port.
- Check that the SD card is not wiggling around in the pedal.
- Use the latest firmware version for the pedal.
- Disconnect all cables except PSU and test again. If it works properly start plugging in cables one by one to see if they’re causing the issue.
- If none of the above helps fix it, you might have a corrupt project. Let is know and we’ll walk you thru replacing your project.
- If you prefer, reach out to support@singularsound.com for help He will probably ask for a video showing what’s taking place on your pedal. You might also want to ID which beats are causing the symptoms.
