I emailed Jay @ BB Support, Miami … the day after hurricane Harvey, explaining my circumstances,
while acknowledging support might have more pressing issues to worry about than a 9v adapter …
Still Jay emailed back saying he’d shipped it off the next morning.
Above & beyond what I had expected to happen!
