Trying to get my BeatBuddy to sent start/stop commands and timing code to Logic Pro X. Having no luck what-so-ever. HELP!
I’ve tried all of that thanks. I can get Logic to ‘see’ the notes from BB, but none of the transport controls or timecode sync. The only thing I know for sure is BB sends the start command on channel 11, the stop command on ch. 13 and the time code on ch. 9. Logic only ‘sees’ the notes however and is deaf to everything else(!?).
Just a thought, can’t you send the commands on the same chanel as the notes?
There’s no provision for that. The BeatBuddy only has one screen to select the output channel. Everything should go on that channel but doesn’t. For sure it’s a programming error.
