beatbuddy and onsong...

a little ot maybe, but i know many of us use onsong (or something similar)…

there was a new version of onsong released recently…
one of the added features mentioned is:
“Added the ability for the Send MIDI action to perform multiple MIDI commands instead of just one.”

so, what does this mean?
if i get this right, it’s now possible to choose a song in onsong and the beatbuddy plus another device (in my case the voicelive 3) automatically change sounds?

that is correct

i have a problem with onsong (iPad 1) and beatbuddy for change the preset vía MIDI, when i setup Program on Onsong and i press “TEST” button do the job in the beatbudy… but then i change the song and doesnt work… :frowning: any advice? thanks

How are you connecting the iPad to the beatbuddy…? iPad 1 and 2 don’t use the Bluetooth connect…

Now it works… i Connect Ipad with a Camera Kit and send via MIDI Cable OUT to BeatBuddy IN MIDI, Then i send BB Midi Out to my Voicelive Touch 2 just for Sync the beat.

The Ipad send the MIDI instruction until i press PLAY that’s the way i can use it…

And the Beat Sync in VL Touch 2 is not very Accurate, sometimes the loop move over the beat.

Thanks
