Beatbuddy Footswitch + and Midi

I use my BeatBuddy with OnSong using Bluetooth midi, I have it set to start and stop scrolling in OnSong when I start or stop a song using the main pedal. OnSong also sends program changes to the BeatBuddy when I change song etc,

The issue I’m having is when I use the external footswitch + to pause the BeatBuddy, OnSong caries on scrolling and I cannot see anything in the midi settings that helps. Has anyone else got this to work ?

I too have some issues with the external footswitch when connected to midi. I noticed that the pause/unpause does not work correctly and when I press the 2nd switch to pause it, it says stopped and I cannot unpause it anymore.
