Is it possible you actually mean both won’t click? Might be worthwhile to plug the pedal into your BB and see if it works. Use the Settings section of the BB to “Detect the Pedal,” that should tell you if it’s completely hosed or not.

Well, you know the first question in Tech Support is, “Is it plugged in?”
But sometimes the easy solution is the right one. Not as often as I’d like – for me, the expensive solution is usually the right one.
