Hi all I am new to all this. I am a new BeatBuddy owner. I play keyboard and want to place the BeatBuddy beside me and have the FOOTSWITCH on the floor. Does the type of TRS cable matter. I think’n a 5 or 6 footer.

TRS (balanced 1/4") cable and if 5-6’ is not long enough, you can probably get a slightly longer one.

Is it a patch cable or instrument cable?
