I just purchased a Beat Buddy. I can not get the manager to work. It downloads but when you open it just opens and shuts down. I have a pc windows.
Some Windows users have reported having to either install or run the BeatBuddy Manager (BBM) app as Admin. This link may or not help:

I have tried to get manager to work and contacted support but still no help. I have only owned it for a few weeks but may request a refund. I have tried to open the application in admin mode but opens and shuts back down!
Support has been consistently good about responding to email. Check that his reply didn’t go to your spam folder and give him a day or two. If you don’t hear from him in a day, email him again. He’ll get to you.
