BeatBuddy manager cannot see songs

I just got my beatbuddy yesterday and today I installed the Manager.

When I try to view the songs in the song section on the manager there is nothing there.

I tried to import them from the SD card but the manager does not “see” the files. It sees the folders but no contents.

In all of the Manager tutorials all of the songs that come on the beatbuddy are already populated.

If you just open the folder from the SD card you can see the files and folders and the pedal works fine with the SD card, so I’m not sure what’s going on.
