Beatbuddy mini 2 just died - burned out?

Hi there.
I am using my Beatbuddy very often, but today it suddenly stopt (power off) and I smelled like something has burned inside , when I smell at the power input.

I am using an adapter 9v 1300mA with the right polarity.

What could have gone wrong? And could it be repaired? What are your thoughts?

Hi Jaap, if something burned it may be easy to find what has blown on the PCB, if it still under warrenty, contact singular sound. If not open up the mini and investigate what has been burning, it might be something simple and easy to replace. Look for any burn marks.
