If I change tempo on the pedal, is it going to be changed on the SD-card?
Nope. Manual changes on the pedal are temporary.
Pretty sure you can press and hold down the TEMPO button for a few seconds and it becomes the default for that drum beat… works the same for the DRUM SET button as well… Not sure if it saves it to the BB machine only or actually writes it to the SD.

Of course! I believe you are correct. And since everything is stored on the SD card, I suspect it becomes part of the project on the SD.
