I’m so frustrated. Feel like I just threw away a bunch of money. My BeatBuddy was “updating” it got stuck. Had to shut it off. Now it won’t power on. I got a blank SD card with the unit. I’ve no clue what to do.

Thank you. I actually received an SD card from them that got the pedal back up, but I am still getting nothing from it the time signature will not show up and I don’t know if that’s the problem, but I have almost given up on this thing. It has been nothing but trouble
