How does one disable BB2 from sending MIDI commands? I want to keep MIDI sync but manage or disable the commands that BB2 sends.

What command do you want to disable? The transition command can be disabled in the MIDI out settings (MIDI > MIDI Out > Next Part), there are other options to disable in the MIDI Out menu.
