just have a time to test and try it which purchased one month ago in HK.
But following the BBmanager in Mac i upgraded to latestest firmware. Than found problem, when change songs and instruments, screen start to splash then white screen, and no sound output.
Need to power off / on agian. Than same issue happening agian randomly.
Does it the motherboard issue? I did try to use the 9v DC supply. same result.
- Make sure you are using the power supply that came with your pedal and that the jack is firmly seated in the port of the pedal.
- Use your Mac’s slot reader for the SD card—not the USB connection method.
- Download and try updating the firmware on the pedal again.
- If this still does not resolve the problem, and since your pedal is only one month old, exchange it from the store you bought it.

hi I just send this issue to support ready by email. But since now I am living in Scotland, seem post return to HK for maintenance is not possible.

It looks like your power supply is not making solid electrical contact with the pedal input port.
yes, that’s why I try to use other DC9v supply to test it. But same result.
