One of the knobs broke on my Beat Buddy. Is there a way to fix this or is it covered by warranty?
If it’s still within the warranty period, probably and especially if you bought it directly from Singular Sound. If you didn’t, you could check with the vendor you bought it from.
Is the knob loose? If it is, you can probably tighten it up by gently turning the screw inside the tiny hole on the side of the knob using an Allen wrench.
