I’ve not seen forum posts on successfully repairing or replacing a damaged screen. Singular Sound does not do repairs.

This happed to me. (broken screen). Well after contacting support I found that it’s not a replaceable part and my only course of continued use of the Aeros if not under their extended warranty is to purchase another Aeros looper. After begging and pleading I was able to get a slight discount on a replacement Aeros with a warranty.
If you pack your pedal board in a soft case be careful to be aware where the cord plugs reside when to pack it. It does not take much pressure to crack the screen if the cord plug sits on the screen and external pressure is applied. Once the screen is cracked the unit is basically unusable.
That is why I have a screen protector over my Aeros, and my Beatbuddy 1, works great and lesen s the worry of breaking it.
