I already have the BB. The footswitch and midi maestro are on the way. Will i have all the cables needed to have theses three work together. Will they be included? Thanks!! 
Iād guess the footswitch has a cable included but if I remember correctly I ordered a midi cable and a BB breakout cable for MM and BB connection 
So you need to order at least the breakout cable and likely a midi cable too 
Note that midi cable lengths go from very short to very long. Depending on your setup one length could fit you better than other 
I think this is also the reason one typically needs to buy the cables separately
