Let’s say I have a song with eight parts. Can I use MM to randomly select any part at any time whenever I push a switch on the pedal?
By default you can randomly select from 5 parts. You’d need to make up a custom to do 8. See this video…

If you mean randomly using just one button then I’d say no. Basically MM doesn’t have any random functionality, so pressing button will send certain messages 
But you could make some confusing redirects between the 10 pages for five or four of the buttons, and then one or two would be BB transition buttons. Then randomly pressing the redirect buttons you end up at unknown page containing one or two BB transitions. Pressing the BB transition button would then make a seemingly random transition 
Another idea is to put N next part commands to a button. N could be different for each button. This way it would be hard to keep track what happens from each button 
But why do you want to have random song part? If you just select any part then that’s quite easy to do on MM as previously suggested
