Can not hear a sound into Manager?

hello
I get my BB today
Installing BB manager
But when I open a song into the manager
The Play & Stop button are not highlight
Also when I click on any arrow of a sound I cannot hear anything

Win 10 pro 64 bits
Last version of BB manager 1.5.0.1
