Hi, if im building a song utilizing components from the beat buddy beat library (like Dreams - Fleetwood Mac with its components) am i able to rename the loop segments to things like “intro”, “verse 1”, “chorus”, etc.? Wasnt sure if that messed up anything, it would be helpful to see a more meaningful title in some items.
Yes you can but not within the BeatBuddy Manager (BBM) itself; you have to use the BeatBuddy Manager (BBM) to export (each song section) to MIDI, rename it using your computer OS and then use the BBM to import each renamed section back to its place in the song. Some but not all users report that using the export to MIDI function corrupts the MIDI file and so you might want to test the process before you jump in. Other than the potential risk of corrupting the MIDI file, there should be no issues.
