Cannot enter forum

When I try to enter my username it won’t let me, nor my password.
How do I get on the forum now?

I have been able to see my account but am unable to post a new topic or reply to others. WHen prompted to go to the “new” forum, I am asked to enter my email but it will not let me do so, so I cannot proceed.

What do I have to do to be able to participate fully on this forum?
