I can’t load the songs I purchased I get a can’t parse song message.

From whom did you purchase? Did you use the ‘import song’ feature in the BBmanager? If you purchased from Singular Sound, they should import into a project with no issues.

What version of the BBManager are you using? Is it the most recent (1.5.01) one? And when you import songs that you (I assume) bought from our library, is this what you are doing?: File > Import > Folder (then selecting the PBF file in the package)

If you are doing something else, try that, and see what happens. If you can confirm both the most recent version of the BBManager and that you are doing this process correctly as described above, let us know.
