I’m pulling my hair out (which is a challenge, since I’m bald). My BB2 isn’t playing intros. When I hit the play button, it starts Part 1. I have it programmed to play intros in the main settings. I’ve tried setting it to count in, but that didn’t work either. When I use BBMO, and hit ‘play’, the intro starts before Part 1 as expected. Doesn’t matter which song I’m on. Any thoughts or suggestions?
Check the pedal settings. You want Intro Fill to be checked.

Thanks for the reply! I have done that and tried the count in. No joy either way.
Make sure you’re using the 1.0.1 firmware on the pedal and then in the pedal settings, select Restore Default Settings. Check to see if the Intro plays.
If it doesn’t work, download and import this song. It uses the Rock kit. If it plays, it means that Intros are working on your pedal.

If you’re continuing to have trouble, you might need help from Support, support@singularsound.com. Be prepared to identify pedal settings and you might possibly be asked to provide a video.

Restore Default Settings did the trick! Thanks so much. I was afraid to do that as I had too many hours in the songs in my setlist, but that reset didn’t affect them. Thanks again!
