Can't seem to register my new BeatBuddy :(

Dear administrators,
For some odd reason I can’t seemed to register my new - to received - BeatBuddy :frowning:
I tried to register the unit as suggested via http://mybeatbuddy.com/warranty/ … it takes all the details & give me the following message;
Almost finished… We need to confirm your email address. To complete the subscription process, please click the link in the email we just sent you.

But, I never receive the link via email (I tried it several time - no avail …)

Can you help?

This might seem dumb but make sure your E-mail address is identical on the form for registration and also for your E-mail at your computer. It seems that it can’t find your exact E-mail address. Double check anyways. If you can’t resolve the issue, try and contact the support team.

Yes, what you described wass exactly what happened to me - missed one letter in the email while typing the email address :oops:

90+% of computer faults usually sit in front of it :wink:
