Can't update to latest content/brushes via instructions - drum_sets dir is empty

The default_lib/dum sets directory in my BBWorkspace is empty. This does not line up with #2 item in https://library.mybeatbuddy.com/news/how-to-upgrade-brushes-drumset-to-v3-and-default-content-to-v2-1/?

Could this be the sync issue on the later versions of MacOS?
