I’ve purchased a variety of premium content items, and have installed them into my BeatBuddy without issue. Unfortunately, my PC’s drive up and died. So while I’ve got the content on the SD card of the BB itself, I’ve got nothing in the form of downloaded .zip files, etc. I didn’t see sort of “Your Purchases” item on the site. What should I do?
Log into your online acct and look for a link or tab for your orders.
Did that. Not seeing any such link. Actually, I realize I logged in to the forum. Looking at the intro page of http://mybeatbuddy.com, there is no “Log In” link, not in the nav; nowhere. Where is this logging in supposed to occur at?
Log into the beats store on singularsound.com. You should find links in both Downloads and Orders.
You will need to log in to your account at our library’s site. It is a separate platform than the rest of the site and the forum (different user accounts, etc). If you forgot your password, there is a password regeneration link.

Once signed in, it should bring you to the ‘My Account’ page (if not, click on the link on the upper right). All your purchased content will be under ‘Downloads’.
