Trying not to do too much dancing on foot pedals as already have quite a few. Wondering if 1 loop can be as long as a conventional song - 3 mins? maybe so all that it required is to press the foot pedal at the start and without any further presses (maybe except the one at the end) it will run through the whole song.
Maybe this can be done by a big loop or maybe stringing loops together but not requiring a pedal; press for change of loop but automatic change when loop is finished.
Of course this is almost the same as a backing track would accomplish but the advantage would be a dedicated player and dedicated editing software
