Conversion to BB2 - wipes out drum kits and all my user created folders?

Tried it three times now, saved the prject synced it to the card, but but even though BBMO reports it as converted it always loads as BB1 format….

Further, after a conversion it wipes all data from my user created folders. All the factory folders are unaffected.

Should this be logged as a bug in the app?
