Are the factory beats based on actual famous (or less famous) songs ?
If yes, is the playlist available somewhere ? I guess the beats have been anonymized for copyright reason like the preset names on multieffects units (ACDC’s “stack”, Nirvana’s “grunge” …)

Aside from that, I think these beats patterns were just Goran playing thematic beats. He was probably inspired by something, but not anything worth mentioning specifically.
