Create a MIDI command pair that edits the volume like how the BeatBuddy/Aeros can control Tempo (CC:80 and CC:81)

It would be nice to have a midi command that can add or subtract from the current level by some configurable amount. So a midi foot switch could fade up or down from the current setting with contiguous taps.
