can’t figure out why I’m getting this error message or what it means, any ideas?
Better yet, what’s the procedure for re-formatting the SD card and starting new and re-load the project saved on my desktop?
I should mention that I use this on a Mac so I have to take the card out of the pedal and insert it on the Mac since connecting the pedal does not mount the drive on the desktop.

forgot to mention…I got the error message when I tried to Synchronize, when I Export the project to the card it works fine, but it copies every single file and it takes a long time
This is a known issue and all you do is click through the messages.
