Does songs that BB2 users create and share

Does songs that BB2 users share to BBMO play without having to press the fill buttons on the BB2 and the Superswitch? Will you have to press fills, and outros on every song you play on the BB2? Can someone explain the process to me please?

If you enable Autopilot on a song and configure it to play fills and transitions where you need them, then you will be able to play them without pressing the fill button or outros.

Some songs are pre-built with Autopilot, but not many at this point.

Something to consider. Most of the beats that come with the BeatBuddy are just beats, not songs. They were designed for more free playing by clicking fills and transitions where you need them. You’ll have to convert those beats to Autopilot songs if you want feet free playing.

Thanks andrew13. I had just gotten finished with watching the Joe Vitale deep dive and it told about Autopilot. I’ve lead bands for years and could count the band in. I could count out whatever count it took to start the line dancers off, but I’m not a drummer. I’m hoping there are more tutorials out there somewhere for an older guitarist to learn more about setting up the songs in BBM. Thanks again for your advice andrew13.

In many cases autopilot is more hassle than you probably need. It makes the drums more like a backing track and less flexible.

I would just spend some time with some basic beats (if they could wear out, I would have worn out Blues 2 by now) and play around with pressing the button for fills and holding it for transitions.

I also bought the SuperSwitch when I bought my BB2, I’m supposed to be getting it tomorrow if FedEx delivers it. I look forward to pairing it up with my BB2, and setting the SuperSwitch up to my taste. Thanks for your help andrew13. I appreciate it.
