"Drum Set" Knob not responding

Hi, wondering if anyone has had experience with this or has a suggestion:

My “Drum Set” knob is not responding to rotation. No change of kits or display change happens.
The down click function still works as expected and it is possible to use the arrow keys to change kits however.
