I was able to EASILY create a drumset in BBMO, I then opened BBM and it showed up there too. I have it listed as a default drum set for a few songs. However, when I sync the BBM to the SD card, the drum set doesn’t show up as the default or as a choice in the drum sets.
Any ideas?
Have to ask why you’re not using the BBMO to sync to your SD card instead of the BBM?
Here’s a couple of things to try:
Quit the BBM and then launch it.
Verify on your pedal that the Default Drum set: Enabled is still correct.
Sync the project to your SD card.
Check for your drum sets on the pedal.

Not using BBMO to sync because I’m nervous it’s going to mess everything up!
I tried everything on your list - no luck.
The new drum set doesn’t show up on the actual pedal. Even though the default on BBM shows the new drum set as the default drum set for each song. The drum set is listed in in the drum sets part of BBM.
Is there a drum set limit to the amount on a card? (I have 66 drum sets)

If I were to sync with BBMO, would I still be able to use BBM moving forward (I’m pretty sure the answer is yes but would like to be sure).
Check the free space on your SD card. My 32Gb card has 112 drum sets and around 2000 songs with lots of free space.
Make sure your card is not locked.
Use your computer SD slot reader.
If you are concerned about messing up the project on your SD card, back it up to your computer or another card. I use my computer OS to make a duplicate of my computer project.
Then try using the BBMO to sync your project to a your card (or even to a new card). The BBM and BBMO can be used interchangeably however given the problems with the BBM, I would stick with just using the BBMO. I’ve been successfully using the BBMO exclusively and it has been doing just fine.
I’ll check out the file you provided on Saturday.
UPDATE 9/14/24: The drum set and songs all load and sync just fine using the BBMO (I did not test with the BBM). They all appear and play on the pedal. Reminder for BBMO—change the drum sets in Royals from Standard to Royals. If you’re still having problems, reach out to me via DM and we’ll sort it out.
