BeatBuddy have an economy mode pressing Drum & Tempo together.
Couldn’t it have automatic power saving mode ?
No activity after xxx seconds ?

Why not ? the woke up is very fast, and when BB is connected to computer, it is not interesting to have light always up
Probably not presently possible to make it EnergyStar compliant.

I leave my board on 24/7/365. I have for years. My thinking is that the start-up over and over causes more stress due to repeated fluctuations of temperature. Just my opinion.
