Edit song arrangement

Hello,

Suppose I have a song:
intro
verse 1
prechorus 1
chorus 1
chorus 2
instrumental
chorus 3
chorus 4
tag 1
tag 2
outro

I’d like to easily shorten the song by deleting:
chorus 2
instrumental
chorus 4
tag 2

Can I do this?

Yes. The BB Arrangement really only has 3 major part types, along with the fills and transitions. Each of your parts, other than the intro and outro is a “main loop.” You would simply delete the main loops that you no longer want. Personally, I would first duplicate the entire song, keeping the original intact, and the use the duplicate to make the deletions. Then change the name of the shorter one by adding “edited” or “v2” to the end of the name.

Yes, you can achieve this using the BeatBuddy Manager Online by simply editing the song structure and removing the sections you don’t want (like Chorus 2, Instrumental, Chorus 4, and Tag 2).

If you need help getting started with it, feel free to email us at support@singularsound.com, or check out the tutorial videos here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DT802BrGYu8&list=PLsPr_BffWORXhZd3_m33uFYVSGJtPaRWW&index=2

Use MIDI Maestro and add each loop to a separate button. This way you can be creative during Live.
