End of loop

Hello,
can you explain to me how to automatically trigger a Beat buddy transition at the end of my loop on the Aeros Loop? I saw on a video that it was possible, but didn’t understand how to obtain this setting. Thank you all for your help.

Hey there,

Sure, all you need to do is make sure the Aeros is connected to the MIDI Maestro as the Transmitter (Master). Plug the MIDI cable into the Aeros MIDI Out and into the BeatBuddy’s MIDI adapter’s MIDI In.

Then, in the Aeros’ MIDI settings, go to the MIDI Out settings. Scroll down to the MIDI Outro setting, and set it to enabled.

MIDI Outro

Enables the Aeros sending the BeatBuddy stop command (CC:115) when the Play / Stop All is pressed to stop the Aeros song, this allows the BeatBuddy to outro as the Aeros song stops.

Disabled is the default setting

Then, the Aeros will send a BeatBuddy Stop command every time the Aeros comes to a stop, but for extra musicality, it will send the outro command at the start of the last measure, this way the BeatBuddy outro stops with the Aeros on time like a real drummer!
