I seem to be having an issue exporting a song into my new set list folder. Every time I click on the song and then click on the Export function, I see nothing in my user library pop up. Please advise.

Can you be a little more precise - what do you think should happen (or “pop up” as you say) that doesn’t happen?
Export function opens a dialog that asks where to export your song to. The song will be exported exactly where you point it to. If you select your user library folder, then it will be exported there.
