Feature

Loving the Aeros but definitely need to be able to program each song differently. For example I have many songs. Some I want to record loops when starting BeatBuddy and many I don’t want to start or maybe just play only Apparently this can only be set globally on Aeros and on BeatBuddy (transitions ON). This needs to be fixed asap or I can’t use the Aeros as much as I wanted to. I would say this is a major disappointment at this time. Please fix asap to avoid me bending down and changing settings for different songs.

Maybe you can try the “Templates” mode for one song set “Midi start record” ON and save ,DON’T forget to set Templates ON for each song before change the settings

For the other set “Midi start record” OFF and save (every time set templates on)

Normaly when you load the song it must be change the settings automatically

Thanks so much!

Your first sentence - The template function was perfect! Thank you so much! Greatly appreciated.

I understand the first paragraph, but not sure about your next two sentences. My last problem is to stop the “transition” recording starting automatically (when transition on is set on BB). How can I do that? MIDI start record is a global setting correct - location?

So thankful!

Greg

When you say “stop transition recording starting automatically” dou you mean the Intro of the BB ?

Thank you for posting your feature request! I’ve forwarded it to the team for review.

On the BeatBuddy, in “MIDI OUT” I have “Next Part” turned on. This uses “transitions” to switch parts on Aeros. Problem is, I always don’t want it to start recording automatically when transitions occur. How can I turn it off for some songs.

Your template solution works for my other issue.

Thanks in advance for helping!

Greg

Game Changer Request: This additional feature request would be awesome!

For example, if I am in 6 x 6 mode and I would record the first track as a verse, second track as a chorus, and third track as the bridge. It would be great if there was a way to pre-program the order to play these loops. For example, if you could input something like: play tracks 1,2,1,3,1,2 in that order. Then once programmed, Aeros would play: verse, chorus, verse, bridge, verse and chorus.

That way the user can focus on playing more and worrying about hitting the looper!

What do you think?

Thanks

To be honest I can’t follow you .

Didi you mean that when you use a transition, this change the part on the Aeros and START a recording ? if yes

You need to go to Aeros behavior>Next track record ON/OFF and next Part record ON/OFF this allow or not the Aeros to record at next part And again use the Templates for On or OFF

Hi:

I have done all that. Everything is off and saved as a template. When I hit the BB to “transition” or do “next part” it starts to record. It doesn’t record at the beginning of the song but it starts recording when I hit foot switch to transition to the next BB beat pattern. Everything you mentioned is off

I hope this makes sense.

Greg

Ok I get you

You mean it start a new recording on a new part .

I think the only way is to disable the transition on Beatbuddy

Or set the Aeros as Master, but the incovenient is that the Intro or Count in of the Beatbuddy don’t start the recording.

But you can use the Aeros that send the transition ON or OFF (templates)

And the Beatbuddy will run independently, but not changing the parts, the parts will change when you change it on The Aeros in following order Part 1 Aeros= Part 1 Beatbuddy etc.. If you have 2 parts on BB and 3 part on Aeros , The Aeros will go to part 3 and the BB stuck on part 2, but if you go back to part 1 on Aeros the BB follow the Aeros and switch to part 1 to

This is if Aeros is as master

I don’t have my Aeros anymore, so I try to help you with my memories (Sorry for that)
