Fine adjusting the tempo on the songs starting page not possible?

Hi,
I’m struggling with tap-tempo to get the tempo I need for a song. How is it possible to fine-adjust the tempo on the songs starting page? If I touch the tempo number on the song starting page (the page that appears after creating a new song) nothing happends only tap-tempo is available to change the tempo. There must be an easy and fast way to change it to the desired tempo like start a new song, set the tempo and go (without switching to another menu page and back to the songs page etc.).

I don’t want to use another device (midi etc.) to set the tempo - no space left.

Tap the pen and go to edit song
Scroll down and you will see Global and multi tempo
Global is the same tempo for each parts
Multi is different tempo for each parts

Hopefully there will be an future update with the option to use the touch screen on the songs starting page to do that → finger-tap on the tempo value and adjust it. Shouldn’t be that hard to implement.
