I was playing a gig today and half way through the button I have set for outro fill when playing and scroll forward when stopped completely stopped working.I checked the main menu and the settings were correct and where they were supposed to be.
Any ideas why and what do to fix?
Use the foot switch detection and check that the right and left switches are detected when prompted to press. If one of them does not work, you should first check the TRS cable (that it’s fully seated in both jacks) and then by substituting with a known good TRS cable. Once you rule out the cable, reset your switch settings and try again. If that one switch still does not work, open the box and check for broken or cold solder joints. Use a multimeter if you have one. You may have to replace the switch if it’s dead.
