Today I got my BeatBuddy and the Footswitch and it works great. The only thing I noticed is that the footswitch does only act every other press so both the accent and the pause / resume feature work only after pressed twice.
Any ideas what I do wrong?

Sorry, I wasn’t reading the user manual good enough.
That said going into the BeatBuddy settings for Footswitch and run the Footswitch Detector once did solve the issue.

Mine came today preset to the same “momentary contact” switch mode, so this advice helped me as well. A factory reset will also set it to “latch mode” which is what you need for this Beat Buddy accessory pedal.
