Hey Folks. Had my footswitch for 10 months and I have had it with the lack of reliability. Any suggestions on dealing with these folks for warranty work?

Is it related to the BeatBuddy pedal, remote foot switch or BeatBuddy Manager (BBM)? Which versions of the BBM and firmware are you using? A description of the symptoms might allow your fellow forumites to share their troubleshooting experience with you.
