Garbled screen

BOUGHT MY bb THIS YEAR AND ONLY USED A FEW TIMES IN THE STUDIO. went TO USE IT AND NOW THE SCREEN IS GARBLED AND UNREADABLE. tried TO UPDATE SD CARD ON COMPUTER THEN REINSTAILLED IT WITH NO LUCK. what NEXT
