Headphone volume show up all the time

I have just bought my beatbuddy and I have a problem with the Headphone volume. I have no headphones plugged in, the headphones volume button is set to off but still on the display it shows up every now and then “Headphones volume 0%”.
Is it known bug or is it just this product that is bad?

If you have not done so yet, please update to firmware version 2.0.4.

Thank you for quick answer
I have connected my Beatbuddy to the computer since I cannot put the SD card directly into my PC. I have downloaded the update firmware, may I ask how I go from there?

You’re welcome. Make sure your SD card is unlocked (small slide button on the side of the card). Unzip the firmware file you downloaded and drag or copy the 5 individual files to the top level of your SD card. Here’s a link to a video tutorial https://library.mybeatbuddy.com/tutorials#update-firmware

Allow the firmware update to complete and then check the About settings on your pedal to verify that the firmware updated to 2.0.4. Check to see if you’re still having the “Headphones Volume 0%” problem.

If you are still having problems, contact support@singularsound.com via e-mail.

Hi again!
I followed all the steps and now it works great. I have a follow up question, the last one I hope  The bar that indicates tempo goes all the time, never stops, is that how it should be now? (I tried to find the page with all new updates to clarify but I could not fint it)

I followed all the steps and now it works great, thank you

Glad to hear that the update fixed the issue.

The visual metronome is on my default. If you want to turn it off or change how it’s displayed, go into Settings > Main Pedal > Visual Metronome.
