I have recently tested two different beatbuddy units with two different pairs of headphone with each. The first unit had the sound balance mainly to the left side with only 30% or so volume on the right side. The second unit was the exact opposite of that being biased mainly to the right side. These headphone work perfectly with everything else. Is anybody else experiencing the same problems? My firmware on both BBs has been updated to the latest firmware on the website. It does not matter if the audio settings in the BB is set to stereo or mono. Everything that I have described above applies to both the drums sounds generated in the BB as well as the pass through instrument sound as well. I had to return both units. Any help?

Did you buy refurbished pedals and directly from Singular Sound? Were you using the PSU provided with the devices?
You might want to contact support@singularsound.com and ask for additional guidance as well as their feedback.
Okay, sorry for that. I bought them both new at Sweetwater. The second one was a replacement unit that they just kindly sent me yesterday.
I got a third replacement BB unit and this one worked. I hope they get their quality control better. These are serious hardware issues.
